This website is a free resource for volunteer transporters. By using this site, you are stating that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Conditions of Use - Organization Requirements
- All participating organizations will submit their 501(c)3 documentation before being permitted to use the system. Documentation can be emailed (as a scanned copy) to validate@rescuetransporters.com, faxed to 858-225-0886 or sent via postal mail to:

- Organizations will pay a $30 per year usage fee for the service. In return, they will have access to all of the current and developing technology that we introduce to RescueTransporters.Com, and they will have access to all of the volunteers who have signed up to provide transport.
- You MAY NOT use a group e-mail address (such as a Yahoo Groups rescue group) as the contact for your organization. This creates problems if we try to e-mail you directly. Please use an individual e-mail account.
Conditions of Use - Animals
- All companion animals posted for transport must be spayed/neutered
- All animals must have a health certificate signed by a qualified veterinarian, must be vaccinated and must have medical documentation of any medical conditions they have
* Farmed animals, wildlife and companion animals transported during large-scale emergency evacuations excluded
Conditions of Use - General
- Pet-Abuse.Com is not endorsing, validating or vouching for any group or individual that may appear on this site.
- It is the responsibility of the group or organization coordinating the transport to validate potential transporters. Every reasonable effort should be made by the user to confirm that people are who they say they are, and that transporter is legitimate.
- It is the responsibility of the transporter to validate potential transport opportunities. Every reasonable effort should be made by the user to confirm that people are who they say they are, and that the rescue group is legitimate.
- Pet-Abuse.Com is not liable in any way for damages, expenses or legal issues resulting from a transport posted on this site.
- It is assumed that all participants are over 16 years old and are of legal driving age.
- Pet-Abuse.Com reserves the right to cancel membership, refuse services, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in their sole discretion at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the website. Pet-Abuse.Com reserves the right, but does not assume the responsibility to monitor, filter, or review conduct by users of the website.
Acceptable Use
This service is intended to facilitate the planning and execution of animal transportation for the purpose of relocation for rehabilitation, fostering or adoption.
It is our policy that all animals must have health certificates and appropriate vaccinations from a qualified veterinarian, and that the animals have documentation of that throughout their transport voyage. If there are animals to be transported with special medical needs, a veterinarian's paperwork and treatment recommendations should also accompany the animal.
Unacceptable Use
Any attempt to misuse this service for malicious or criminal purposes will be pursued to the FULLEST extent of the criminal and civil laws. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Transporting animals for the purposes of illegal animal fighting
- Transporting animals for sale to individuals, research laboratories or illegal animal fighters
- Harvesting personal or organization details for the purposes of stalking, discovery of trade secrets or impeding a criminal investigation
